Instructional Leadership

Shared Leadership

Situational leadership and shared leadership would focus more on delegation, participation, and selling in regards to leadership styles.  Depending up on the situation - support is an important part of the delegating.  You're not 'telling' the person/s what to do, you are supporting them in completing a task.

Situational leadership is also impacted by the day to day operation of the building, which includes elements of the school culture and climate such as a safe and orderly environment, learning focused, and an environment that is inclusive and equitable.

The collaborative inquiry comes with the participating and selling leadership styles because we use the data  to help make the decision/s regarding raising student achievement.
