Using This Wiki

Shared Leadership
Servant leaders are effective because the needs of the followers are so looked at, that they reach full potential and employees perform their best.
Operational/Resource Management
Servant leadership emphasizes the leader's role as steward of the resources (human, financial and otherwise) provided by the organization. It encourages leaders to serve others while staying focused on achieving results in line with the organization's values and integrity.
Interpersonal Relationships
- Devote themselves to serving the needs of the organization's members
- Develop employees to bring out the best in them
- Coach and encourage those employees
- Facilitate their personal growth
