Define the Theory
Participative Leadership is the opportunity to include the stakeholders in the process of making a decision. However, the final decision is reserved for the leader.
What are the outcomes? When might this leadership style be used?
This leadership style would be used by a leader when seeking a change and needs the input of others in the form of ideas and suggestions. For example, Bond issue planning, Strategic Planning, School Improvement planning, etc.
