Instructional Leadership:  

One who is extremely knowledgable about the curriculum and bases all decisions with regard to the impact on teaching & student learning.

Shared Leadership

One who makes decisions based upon data & proven practice.

Operational/Resource Management

 One who insures that the staff has resources (materials, facilities, budget) to adequately perform their duties.

Interpersonal Relationships

One who is visible and highly accessible to staff.

One who has clear goals and articulates them to faculty & staff.
