Using This Wiki

Instructional Leadership
In the area of Educational Program a Servant Leader would pay particular attention to KC5 (Knowledge of Adult Learner). Knowledge of how adults learn and then to provide them with necessary materials resources, and data, based on individual's needs. (KC1). Servant Leadership would not necessarily focus on student results (KC7).
Coaching, facilitating, collaboration are inherent to Servant Leadership.
