Instructional Leadership:
Instructional Leadership encompasses many of the strands and standards of the MDE School Improvement Framework along with the 21 Responsibilities in the Marzano “School Leadership that Works” book.
We have illustrated our findings through a Gliffy to show the correlations an Instructional Leader makes within the educational institution.
The Instructional Leader is the larger circle of the illustration with the responsibilities or standards filling the inside.
