Using This Wiki

Transactional - manage people, less flexible
Operational/Resource Management
Transformational - utilize human resources
Transactional - capital, fiscal, time, space
Interpersonal Relationships
Transformational - Builds leadership capacity, knowing the individuals on their staff, attends to the needs of people, building trust
Transactional - hierachary, definite chain of command, one leader, lots of followers
