Define the Theory

Transformational Leadership is an inspirational style of leadership that is filled with passion and energy.  It has a duel focus on the goal/product and the people within the organization.  A transformational leader has high energy and sustains the motivation through ceremonies, rituals, and symbols.  A leader who is a visionary who understands the big picture but may also lose sight of the details.

What are the outcomes?  When might this leadership style be used?
