Your Group's Assignment: What are the characteristics of Servant Leadership that align with each of the School Improvement Categories: Instructional, Shared, Operational/Resource Management and with Interpersonal Relationships?
Using This Wiki

Instructional Leadership
Know what resources are available to the teachers and students to help with the learning and teaching and get those resources to the individuals.
Knowledge of the people you are working with, which will facilitate the collaboration and communication that is needed for education.
Your skills will be used to help others. You need to understand how different age groups learn to best meet their needs.
As a change agent, the servant leader looks primarily on the emotional and personal growth of the student learner (both children and adults).
Servant leaders look at how they can coach teachers to be the best they can be for the benefit of the students in personal growth not just academic growth.
Shared Leadership
Servant leader meets the basic needs of feeling safe and secure. They meet children and teachers in the morning and throughout the day.
Take an interest in the individuals personal life.
Create a climate of warmth and openness for shared decision-making.
They make sure all classrooms are equitable in being orderly, safe, secure, and inviting.
See self as a support for teachers so they can do their best teaching.
Operational/Resource Management
Know what resources are available to the teachers and students to help with the learning and teaching and get those resurces to the individuals.
